Save a G2X search

g2x_save_search

What it does

Saves a search as one of the signed-in user's Saved Views on a G2X list page (contracts, SAM.gov opportunities, grants, forecasts, IDVs, vehicles), using that page's own filter keys. The page validates the filters and names any key it does not read. Saving the same name on the same page updates that view, but never its filters: a save with other filters is refused, and g2x_update_saved_search changes them. notify_cadence turns on the page's updates for the view (paid plans). Requires a connected G2X account.

Inputs

  • surface (text, required): The G2X list page: contracts, opportunities (SAM.gov), grants, forecasts, idvs, vehicles Allowed values: contracts, opportunities, grants, forecasts, idvs, vehicles.
  • name (text, required): The view's name; saving the same name on the same page updates that view, but never its filters
  • filters (object, required): The page's own filter keys to text (comma-join lists, except applicant_types, funding_categories and funding_instruments, which take one value each). Contracts: search, naics, psc, set_aside, recipient, uei, awarding_agency, funding_agency, award_type, pop_end_date, pop_start_date, award_date, fiscal_year (date keys take a preset such as next_3_months or a _gte/_lte pair), sortBy, sortDirection. Opportunities: search, agency, naics_code, psc, set_aside, notice_type, solicitation_number, active, posted_date, response_deadline. Grants: search, agency, opportunity_number, cfda_number, applicant_types, funding_categories, funding_instruments, status, posted_date, response_date. Forecasts: search, agency, naics_code, source_system, status, fiscal_year, award_date, modified. IDVs and vehicles: the same award keys as contracts plus idv_type / vehicle_type. Unknown keys are refused.
  • notify_cadence (text, optional): Turn on the page's updates for this view (paid plans) Allowed values: daily, instant.

What it returns

One answer: a title, named facts and a text body, plus notes on what the answer covers.
