Summarize an IDV and its orders

What it does

Use this when you need one IDV's size and use in a single call: its ceiling (base and all options), its order count, the total obligated across its orders, and up to five largest orders by obligation among the first ten orders read (PIID, holder, obligated, end date). Do not use for a vehicle program spanning many IDVs (use the contract vehicle analysis) or one award's own facts (use the award facts read). Inputs

• idv (text, required): The IDV's PIID (hyphens and spaces are ignored) or its full award key (CONT_IDV_…).
