What it does

Sets the next step on an account or contact in the signed-in user's G2X CRM, replacing the current one. An empty action clears it.

Inputs

  • record_type (text, required): "account" or "contact" Allowed values: account, contact.
  • record_id (text, required): The record's G2X id
  • action (text, required): The next step in a few words; empty clears it
  • due_at (text, optional): When it is due

What it returns

Rows of records, each with a title, key facts and a link to its G2X record where one exists, plus notes on what the answer covers. A long list gives a cursor for the next page.
