Save an account to my G2X CRM

What it does

Adds an organization to the signed-in user's G2X CRM, or updates one they have; only the fields given change. Identify it by account_id, or by UEI (a company) or agency code (an agency) so G2X finds exactly that organization; with only a name, G2X writes into the one account with that name. If the answer asks which record the user meant, show them the choices and let them pick; call again with that G2X id, or with create_new only if they say it is new. Never choose for them.

Inputs

  • name (text, optional): The organization's name
  • account_id (text, optional): G2X id of the account to update
  • account_type (text, optional): Allowed values: company, government_agency, consultant, university, state_government, local_government, school_district, other.
  • uei (text, optional): 12-character SAM UEI, for a company
  • agency_code (text, optional): Federal agency code, for a government agency
  • cage_code (text, optional)
  • website (text, optional)
  • lifecycle_status (text, optional): Allowed values: monitored, target, active_relationship, active_pursuit, partner, dormant, disqualified.
  • relationship_health (text, optional): Allowed values: strong, warm, cold, unknown.
  • company_relationship (text, optional): Allowed values: subcontractor, teaming_partner, competitor.
  • create_new (true or false, optional): True only after the user confirmed this is a new account

What it returns

Rows of records, each with a title, key facts and a link to its G2X record where one exists, plus notes on what the answer covers. A long list gives a cursor for the next page.
