Find in my G2X CRM

What it does

Searches the signed-in user's G2X CRM for accounts and contacts by name, UEI, website, email, or G2X id, and returns each match with its G2X id and the fields that tell records apart, how many records match, and which fields were searched. Use it before adding a note, logging an interaction, or setting a next step on an existing record.

Inputs

• query (text, required): Name, UEI, website, email, or G2X id to look for
• record_type (text, optional): "account" or "contact" Allowed values: account, contact.

What it returns

Rows of records, each with a title, key facts and a link to its G2X record where one exists, plus notes on what the answer covers. A long list gives a cursor for the next page.
