Add a task to a pursuit

g2x_crm_add_task

What it does

Adds a task, assigned to the signed-in user, to one of their G2X pursuits; it shows on the pursuit and on the timeline of the account it is linked to. The same task (subject and due day) again returns the existing one.

Inputs

  • pursuit_id (text, required): The pursuit's G2X id (a linked pursuit on an account)
  • subject (text, required): What needs doing
  • due_date (text, optional): When it is due
  • priority (text, optional): Allowed values: urgent, high, medium, low.
  • description (text, optional)

What it returns

Rows of records, each with a title, key facts and a link to its G2X record where one exists, plus notes on what the answer covers. A long list gives a cursor for the next page.

AI and your account

  • Does not use G2X's own AI: your agent does any analysis with its own model.
  • Changes data in your G2X account: it only adds, and does not change or remove what is already there.
