What it does

Adds a relationship note to an account or contact in the signed-in user's G2X CRM, written as the user; it shows on the record's notes and timeline. The same words on the same record again return the existing note.

Inputs

  • record_type (text, required): "account" or "contact" Allowed values: account, contact.
  • record_id (text, required): The record's G2X id
  • body (text, required): The note, in the user's words
  • title (text, optional)

What it returns

Rows of records, each with a title, key facts and a link to its G2X record where one exists, plus notes on what the answer covers. A long list gives a cursor for the next page.
