List an award's modifications

What it does

Use this when a question needs one award's modification history: which modifications it has, what each one obligated (the change on that action, not a running total), which one last added funds, and the award's cumulative obligated total. Newest first, with dates, modification numbers and when served an action type and description. Do not use for finding awards by contractor, agency or keyword, or for comparing several awards. Examples: {"piid":"W912DY24C0012"}; {"piid":"W912DY-24-C-0012","positive_funding_only":true}.

Inputs

  • piid (text, required): The award's PIID, as printed anywhere it appears: hyphens and spaces are ignored, so W912DY-24-C-0012 and W912DY24C0012 name the same contract. A full award key (CONT_AWD_…) is accepted as given.
  • positive_funding_only (true or false, optional): Keep only the modifications whose obligation change is above zero, so the first one is the latest modification that added funds.
  • fiscal_year (whole number, optional): Keep only modifications dated in this federal fiscal year (1 October to 30 September).
  • limit (whole number, optional): How many of the newest modifications to return, up to the account's per-call cap (100 at most).
  • page (whole number, optional): Which page of the newest-first history to read, 1 unless you need older modifications; filters apply to the page shown.

What it returns

One award's modifications, newest first, with each action's obligation change and the award's cumulative obligated total.
