Add a note to a G2X pipeline item

What it does

Adds a note to a pipeline item, authored by the signed-in user. Requires comment access to the pipeline.

Inputs

• pipeline_id (text, required): A pipeline id from g2x_list_pipelines
• item_id (text, required): A pipeline item id from g2x_get_pipeline
• content (text, required)

What it returns

One answer: a title, named facts and a text body, plus notes on what the answer covers.
